A Complete Understanding of Your Health

The Wellness Baseline Assessment is the starting point for most clients and gives us a clear, comprehensive picture of your current health — beyond just the number on the scale. Using advanced InBody body composition technology, we begin to understand what’s really happening inside your body, including:
 

  • Muscle mass

  • Body fat percentage

  • Visceral fat (internal fat around organs)

  • Body balance and composition
     

But this session goes far beyond the scan.

We take a deeper look into you as a whole — your lifestyle, daily habits, nutrition, stress, and overall health history — so we can start connecting the dots and understanding your body properly.

From there, we identify patterns, highlight any imbalances, and create a personalised direction forward that actually supports your body and your life.

For many clients, this session alone brings a sense of clarity, reassurance, and a completely new understanding of their body.
