Holistic health coaching focuses on supporting the whole person rather than just one aspect of health.
This means looking at how different areas of your life influence your wellbeing, including nutrition, sleep, stress levels, daily movement, hormones, and lifestyle habits.
The goal is to help you understand how these factors work together so you can make informed choices that support long-term health and balance.
An InBody assessment is a body composition analysis that gives a much deeper understanding of your body than simply stepping on a scale.
It measures important health markers such as muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat levels, and body balance. This information helps us understand how your body is currently functioning and provides a foundation for personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
Many clients find this insight incredibly empowering because it helps them understand what is really happening inside their body.
Wellness coaching is for anyone who wants to better understand their body and improve their health.
Many clients come to me for support with:
sustainable weight loss
improving nutrition habits
increasing energy levels
improving body composition
building healthier daily routines
navigating life stages such as perimenopause or menopause
The goal is always to create practical strategies that support your long-term wellbeing.
No.
My coaching approach is focused on building sustainable nutrition habits rather than following restrictive diets.
We focus on balanced eating, understanding your body’s needs, and creating practical nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle and can be maintained long term.
Your first session is called a Wellness Baseline Assessment.
During this session we:
review your health goals and lifestyle habits
complete an InBody body composition analysis
discuss nutrition patterns, stress, sleep, and movement
identify areas where small changes can create meaningful improvements
From there, we outline personalised recommendations and potential next steps for your wellness journey.
Not necessarily.
Many clients visit in person for their InBody assessments, but I also work with clients remotely through personalised nutrition coaching and online support programs.
This allows clients both locally and internationally to access coaching and guidance.
Yes.
When needed, I collaborate with medical professionals to help clients gain deeper insight into their health. This may include integrating information from blood tests or other medical assessments.
Working alongside medical professionals allows us to build a more complete picture of your health and support you more effectively.
Yes.
Many of my clients are women navigating hormonal changes during stages such as perimenopause and menopause.
Coaching focuses on helping you understand what is happening in your body and supporting those changes through nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and informed wellness strategies.
No.
My coaching approach prioritises whole foods, education, and sustainable lifestyle habits first.
Some clients choose to incorporate Herbalife nutrition products as a convenient support tool, particularly for structured nutrition or meeting protein needs, but they are always optional.
Everyone’s health journey is different.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, my coaching approach prioritises sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing.
Many clients begin noticing improvements in energy, habits, and body awareness within the first few weeks as they start implementing simple, consistent changes.
Yes.
Many clients continue with ongoing coaching for accountability, support, and continued progress.
Regular check-ins help track improvements, adjust strategies when needed, and provide guidance as your health journey evolves.
